Course Overview
You learned finance and accounting in school. Maybe you went back and got an MBA, a professional certification or two. But you aren’t progressing as much or as fast as you want or in the direction you desire.
You don’t want to wait for opportunities to come to you — you want to create your own. You want to elevate yourself into a position of financial leadership. Or maybe you want to take the leap and start your own fractional CFO, FP&A, or advisory business.
CFO and financial training programs at top universities are often taught by professors. These certificate programs are notoriously expensive and inaccessible.
And most financial training out there, well, it’s just not so great. It isn’t case-based or taught by someone who’s an actual practitioner, working as a fractional CFO, and who has trained thousands of people at the companies you know and engage with every day…
But this one is.
And it’s CPE- accredited by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA).
WHERE DO YOU WANT TO GO?
Whether you want to…
Or all of the above, this program will support you in your journey and accelerate your advancement.
Why wouldn’t you want to learn from someone who actually does the work you want to do?
You have an entire career ahead of you.
Don’t leave it to others to create it for you.
Freelance opportunities are everywhere.
The time to elevate is now.

Learning is best when there’s action and accountability. There will be some pre-reading and post-session exercises for certain weeks.
You are strongly encouraged not to miss live sessions, as a great part of the experience is both the live-reveals and the participant interaction.
In other words, you get to:
Yes, sessions are recorded and you can go through them on your own, but learning may be more limited.
We meet for 3-4 hours each session. It is intentionally spaced out over a number of days and weeks so you can work your schedule around it.
There is occasional pre-work and post-session work but it is minimal.
It is not customary for us to offer refunds. Across hundreds of training, seminars, workshops, and conferences — in person and virtual — to thousands of people, there has not been a single refund request upon completion of the program.
We offer more than a dozen training programs and immersive development experiences across a wide range of finance and accounting topics.
This program is intentionally designed for professionals who want to get into either Fractional CFO or FP&A businesses.
The term CFO is a decades-old term and a traditional one that most business people are familiar with.
FP&A is a newer term that applies to many of the duties and responsibilities within the Office of the CFO.
While fractional CFO work is seen as very senior, fractional FP&A work is often seen as high-value services within the same suite of work.
We meet live on Zoom for 3-4 hours each session.
Each session consists of 1-2 modules. Each module ties into prior and future modules, so it is vital to try to avoid missing classes.
The structure of the session begins with an intro, a tie-in to real examples, exercises, discussion, and reflections.
Prerequisites for the course include the following:
My promise to you is you will leave this course far more prepared to succeed in your finance or accounting role.
Whether you intend start your own advisory business or upskill within your current employment, you will have requisite skills, files, and experience.
Building and growing a successful practice depends on your ability to execute.
No, and if anyone does, you should be skeptical.
Everyone who attends this course will have different backgrounds, experience, and aspirations which means they have different business models.
I will share with you my techniques, tools, and processes that you can leverage to help build the career you envision.
You will be expected to have a working computer with a webcam, microphone, and reliable internet connection.
You will benefit from having general business knowledge.
Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
Technical acumen is not required for participation in this program which means a deep understanding of financial and accounting times does not apply.
We will be discussing advanced concepts so experience in business, practice management, marketing, and Excel will be helpful.
Other masterminds are largely focused on asynchronous content, large numbers of attendees, and business development. They focus more on building Fractional CFO firms from the viewpoint of a CEO.
This mastermind is nothing like that. We focus on client service, technical acumen, technology, marketing, branding and more.
